It comes as no surprise, as the whole point of Starlink from the outset was to derail the ambitions of Huawei led 5G which had around twenty years of development with Western government support behind it. Starlink was conceived and launched in about a year, in direct "Competitive" response to the Huawei led 5G approaching the finishing line.
So now Starlink is struggling to deliver the profit it promised, it will most likely be propped up and bailed out by US government for political reasons, Musk probably has nothing to worry about.
