Thanks Araci. I was a kind of resident of Oporto, becoming infected in a nice way by the Portuguese spirit, in different times, not so long ago. I miss it, and am sorry to hear things not so good. They are not great in UK either, we have hosepipe bans now happening, but here too, many folk will just ignore until things start to affect them personally.
