Suggest also some empathy is needed to understand why harsh words or attitude might seem to be being used.
Can't blame anyone for seeming harsh, when their message is a stark warning, not to step into the path of an oncoming car, or global catastrophe, that maybe only they can see, maybe due to their path being very different from our own, imho.
