Stuart, notice the atmosphere is adiabatic. This means that there should be no noticeable effect on temperature by any blanket effect such as from CO2.

That means the temperature rise is not down to CO2 at all but is actually a direct measure of increase of entropy, which in turn is an indicator of energy availability, as surely as that in any battery being discharged.

I hope you see the implications of that, then checkout the story below which shows why more nuclear, like more fossil fuels is a big mistake, when we have a perfectly fine way to get all the energy we could ever wish for from solar.
