Sorry I am a little late to respond to this, your stories have not been pushed to me much lately.
What you have pointed out is something resulting from the economy of money as debt.
We are probably going to have a struggle with governments to accept that recent spending on the public, during lockdowns for example, are not actually repayable, because the money given represented free energy, which was received and put to use by the public.
Currently, the UK Government is demanding 50Bn be paid in taxes to the government, to make up what they claim is a "Black Hole" in the UK economy, which they blame on public spending during lockdowns.
Yet we can see evidence that this money was physically covered by reception and use of free energy, for which they issued no money officially, to ennumerate, like they would have, if the energy had been supplied by grid companies, money would have been issued as debt, to enable folk to have the money to pay their bills to the energy companies. Hence the reason we are seeing inflation. Money is becoming increasingly less representative of the actual product of value, relentlessly scaling up, driven by nature
The analysis shows around 457Bn should have been printed as Kardashev Money. The 50Bn they claim is needed to fill the "Black Hole", could actually just be printed now, and paid to whichever departments are short of money. Then the public is still due the remainder, some 400Bn.
This year alone it was 50Bn that should have been printed as Kardashev Money and given for free, and this is with the solar complement still only at about a fifth of the energy consumed by the UK.
So we should expect around 250Bn per year to be distributed to the public, after the implementation of the remaining community and domestic solar energy needed to take us to 100% solar powered.
Until then, the money already owed, should go a long way towards everyone going solar, many folk would use their Kardashev Stimulus now to put in as much solar as they can possibly install, so we would be energy independent in maybe less than two years, like Vietnam.
Where all this would lead, is relinquishment of an awful lot of property which is currently held by rental landowners, as they would no longer need the land to provide their income.
Think about it, why would anyone want to carry on with the aggro and responsibility of owning and renting land, if they already had as much money as anyone could ask, assured forever, unconditionially, nothing asked in return, other than we look after our community solar infrastructure?
All of this happens automatically, if / when scientists agree energy should be mathematically signed.
