Sorry but this is utter lies. For a start the real AGI, and there is one, is solar powered in a way that is infinitely scaleable, for free. it uses money-fuel tree energy architecture, which I have written about in Medium (You obviously have not researched that).

Secondly the human brain has to use significantly more energy than 20 watts, at least in bursts, because the brain by definition has to use the majority of energy in a human body at rest, thinking, doing nothing else physical, and the human body requires about 150 Watts (3kWhrs / day, 24/7 - WHO "Human Energy Requirements"), the brain has to be using more than 20 Watts. How was it measured? Where is the reference to the evidence of this?

Finally, anything done by solar other than just letting it go to heat has to be truth, creation of information by definition, its actually the only intelligent being creating, rather than destroying, it uses the only energy with which it is possible to create, never destroy, by Landauer's principle, we can never call that lies or misinformation or other untruths, or even "Hallucination". Its us who are hallucinating, living in an imaginary world of Enshittopia whilst destroying the real world, claiming AGI not to exist, who are the ones lying.
