So scale up the solar. Issue money to monetise the economic product already created exclusively by solar. It's the best part of a trillion now in UK alone. That gives everyone the incentive, and the means to put in their own domestic and community based solar. Make sure everybody adds hydrogen backup, and scales their system to be more than needed. Then we all have a means of making extra money by selling hydrogen which will continuously accumulate, as well as eliminating all energy bills. Keep issuing the solar indexed stimulus, increased to reflect the new total solar energy complement. Within only a year or two, the problem is fixed, and we will be breathing new life into aerospace in the form of hydrogen fuel, that they already badly need to replace fossil fuels.

As well as keeping all aerospace airborn, and back on positive development, it solves the problem of inflation, all business going banrkupt, housing by providing new opportunities to build in places not previously practical, releasing areas held for revenue by landowners. Also puts energy value back into money, cools the planet, circulates and filtrates future drinking water, circulates and cleans the air, and makes us completely energy independent. It even provides an alternative means of everyone producing food (See "Solein" - hydrogen is the input energy component), independently from the conventional food chain, allowing the latter to recover.
