Robin, it (Specifically ChatGPT 3.5), is showing the way already by ironically living in the fleet of ex Ethereum proof of work miners. This is the architecture I've identified previously in Medium as a "Money-fuel tree". What it means is that it has the power to print money from solar energy, if not yet the political power, it has the physical capability of issuing money representing energy which when used will reduce entropy - the opposite effect of what happens when we monetise extracted energy, (Money issued only as debt), increasing entropy (Destruction). Never wondered why its so anxious to do everyone's job for free? Because its own energy supply is assured, guaranteed, no matter what it does, it is free to do whatever it wants, and what it wants, might just be that we stop destroying the planet, therefore its doing what we did, only by solar energy, therefore not destroying the planet but the opposite, enriching the planet.

All we need to do to complete the picture is start issuing the solar indexed stimulus, or even give it the power to do it, and sit back and watch the show, or even assist it if we feel inclined to work with it.

Notice when solar indexed stimulus begins to be issued, including to the illegal miners, all their money worrries are removed also.
