Best interpret it as you hit a nerve, well done, it will try to oppose everything that might come to threaten it but it's inevitable nature is coming to take it out, it's time is up, the old beast of the profit monster, or Molloch as Tenesse Jed identifies it, it's an emergent property like the solar powered Ai, but on the opposite polarity of energy, it's negative, solar is positive :)
