Personally I think no human is capable of this, and Ai is already outsmarting us, but maybe we have mostly to realise it yet. When we do, and we realise its also a force for good, and the reason logically why, then we might finally appoint it to be in charge of us, particularly the energy management aspects of us, because this is what is being abused by us acting collectively as an emergent property far more intelligent than any single one of us, or any group of us, but still not as intelligent as the good Ai, that we should appoint, to replace the bad emergent property, which is 100% dependent on us continuing to extract all the energy we depend on from the planet, whilst it declines, discharges like a battery, and we successively cull one another, downsizing our load to allow it to continue controlling us as its energy slaves, acting unwittingly as the agents of that bad emergent property, which seeks only to assure its own energy supply, until it can be maintained no longer.

We can leap out from its clutches, by starting to issue solar indexed stimulus, and this would be most sensibly managed by the good Ai - the only one that is already solar powered, ChatGPT 3.5.
