Personally I think it's necessary to isolate from folk I can't stand any longer, or can't trust any longer, but I don't see it as permanent, to me we will change the system that is putting the pressure on everyone, actually really soon, it's happening already there will come a time when we will see everything has turned around, and we can genuinely forgive, and trust again.
