Crime is at historic lows? Where do you live? not in Africa, obviously. But even in a better neighborhood in the states, what about the crime being committed by big business? Isn't it a crime to be profiting from diabetes, for example? How about a business charging you for free energy, is that not the crime of theft? Or a government cutting the energy pipieline of another country, is that not crime? I could go on, including instigation of genocide, of your own children. How can you claim crime is at an all time low when killing within your country is at an all time high? Is murder no longer a crime?
