I would be careful not to include generation of heat in a definition of “Pollution” though, as heat alone can be managed, as in any physical system, and need not result in increased hazard.

That would be the difference between an all solar-powered world, and our current fossil and nuclear powered world.

I think it is extremely important to emphasise; the latters continuously generate pollution in the form of unmanageable toxic waste, whereas solar does not.

Hence the reason we must switch to solar without further delay.
