OK Mr Mathematician, here is a cornerstone of risk analysis and safety Engineering; "No risk is acceptable, if the outcome is unthinkable"

Is the outcome of nuclear war acceptable? Any idea the effect that would have on the already critical environmental issue? Any idea the effect on the already cascading extinction of all species of life?

Anyone who thinks so, has pretty much no regard for life, I would say. That has to be the definition of suicidal, on behalf of all life.
