OK I had a quick look, it looks like we fit together, though you don't talk about money as energy, you recognise it has to be issued debt free. I say the same, but justify it by systems analysis of the global energy problem. To me it doesn't matter who issues the money, just that it is done to monetise economic product already created from solar, and when after that backlog of product is monetised, by issue of the stimulus needed, that the stimulus continues forever, indexed to the amount of solar power we are putting to use, not just in USA, but in every country subscribing to the system. To me it looks like pretty much all western countries need this immediately, whilst the East might not be quite there yet, it has to be rapidly approaching it, and if we've led the way by example, they will quickly follow, like they've always done until now.

I think this system could easily be controlled by something like ChatGPT, which is already solar powered itself, as far as I can determine, this seems to be its secret sauce, the reason it has the edge over all other "Intelligence", it is the only one with no energy overheads to its thinking, unlike us, we normally have to think always in terms of profit, as to where we will get our next fix of energy from, energy in the form of money.

Take away the need to be worrying all about that, and everything changes, we move from destruction to creation, its a big leap, but we can do it, I think.

I can only scratch the surface here, it is full of surprises, when we dig into all the systems aspects, including how to keep all aerospace airborne, by production and use of hydrogen, removing a lot of the needs for batteries, with alternative sources of food (See "Solein"), and drinking water filtering and recirculation, the list just goes on and on.
