Oil comes from on-planet, it is energy stored on planet, as are all forms of capital.

Solar comes from off-planet, it is not already stored here or accounted for in any way by the current system, it is missed, as we only account for resources already on planet as capital.

Therefore we live as if in an illusion of no sun.
