Nothing is fixed until they start doing the opposite of what they've been doing, imposing austerity measures, taking more tax, to keep the government supplied with its energy via money. We are all physically losing the ability to carry on making profit, nature is calling a day on that, because it comprises energy extracted from the planet. Taking more tax from folk who have less real time income, even folk with "Extra", is going to fix nothing, all it does is carry out the cull, that the negative system actually is dictating gets done, now the enegy slave ants at the periphery served their purpose, now they / we are just unwanted extra load on the system, which to downsize to carry on living itself a little longer on the depleting remaining energy to extract from the planet. Why do you think UK has updated suicide laws to allow more folk to choose to die voluntarily?
There is no excuse for carrying on working for the beast, they could stop taking taxes and go fully solar powered themselves to generate money from that, and issue the funds tomorrow to start permanent solar indexed stimulus, incentivising all to get kitted up for large scale domestic and community based production of solar hydrogen which would bring down all temperature increases, as well as keeping all aerospace in the air, providing us with alternative sources of food (Energy!) in the form of Solein which comes from hydrogen production from solar for free.
We have the technology to monetise creation.
