Not true. An immediate difference was made on issue of massive stimulus. This is the only time we ever saw environmental recovery, when oil prices went negative, whilst the value of the dollar itself went up.
Authorities still claim money is, and has to be finite, to try to preserve the value of capital, but who needs capital, if everyone has massive UBI. In fact nature is driving inflation now, precisely because the claim that money is finite is still being made, when it is phyiscally not true.
If you understand this, then the way out becomes obvious - start issuing massive stimulus again, but this time don't stop.
