No worries, I see where you are coming from, and if I was in a similar position, I might feel the same as you, at least until the inflation starts to eat into my capability to keep paying for my food and the roof over my head, no matter how much I thought I could earn.
The data at least shows something broken, if the fix looks like a leap of faith without having done the Systems Engineering underpinning it.
As it is, my daughter just starting in Uni faces an impossible future.
She, and all the other kids her age, need this thing fixed. It is our duty to fix it, if we can see how, I think.
I would be really interested to see others in other countries doing similar analyses on the data of their countries, such as Germany.
Surely their official data on electricity consumption is drooping also, for similar reasons, if maybe not as obviously as that in UK?
