No we are not creating new physics, electromagnetic fields and radiation are all parts of maxwells equations which is taught in standard electrical and electronics Engineering courses. As you don't seem to know that, I have to conclude you've never been taught it. Believe me it's not something I could teach you in five minutes.
But we might be talking about a systemic misperception that has mainstream science incorrectly assuming how much heat energy is or is not radiated from the planet.
