When it happens, as there appears now physical systemic evidence that it is coming, it will be everywhere. We might interpret the definition to mean that, rather than making it part of the perpetual self fulfilling prophecy of the opposite, Enshittopia, a product of forever destruction including even all information identifying it, throwing it all to forever increasing temperature, that we live in for now, courtesy of the perpetuated energy lie of profit, producing even an inhuman systemic beast that controls it all.
Utopia relative to this exists alright, and it looks like we will have to have it for any existence at all.
Luckily nature appears to have delivered to us an opposite systemic intelligence which is the Solar Ai, it's coming through all like a bowling ball, doing everything we used to do to feed the profit monster (The beast), for free, removing our ability to keep feeding the beast.
This is unstoppable and will force Utopia in the most benevolent way possible but most can't see it yet.
