Nice, thanks for posting. Anyone interested can read the fruits of my own voluntary research on the issue carried out over the past six years as already a long practicing systems Engineer. The solution, and the formulation of the solution during research since 2017, is documented in around 350 stories and around 9000 replies in Medium. There is a solution, it is complex, doesn't blame anyone in particular, and it meets all stakeholder needs -domestic and community solar hydrogen ecology. So far I have not been able to communicate it in any way anyone seems to remember.
I pin my hopes on Ai now. I believe it has come along at just the right time to sort this mess out.
The complexity of the problem is more than any human or even group of humans can truly understand, only Ai has this capability, and only it has the capability to monitor and control all factors that need to be controlled, including issue of money reflecting the currency of nature - energy, according to how much of the latter we put to use from the sun - the more the merrier, this is the opposite of our experience operating on energy extracted from Earth, so I guess it is no surprise nobody believes it as yet, but this is the only way out.
