NASA is a shell of what it was. The spacecraft resulting are shells of what they were. Do you think any radiation hardening at all was done on any of starlink? When is radiation hardening scheduled for Starship? ISS is already being decommissioned, with no feasible replacement. China is maybe taking up where the real NASA left off, but Space X are amateurs. There are many indicators of this. Where is their lifecycle Engineering? Who are they paying to do that? What about their contribution to space pollution? Have they given that any thought at all? It doesn't look like it, and actually it makes perfect sense, VC funding is eating the heart out of all technology. Lots of experience and credentials are expensive to pay for. Big talk is much cheaper. Space X don't and actually can't afford to believe in the value there. You'll see soon enough we were right, the folk with that experience that used to work in that field when it paid us fairly to do so, we see the mess these amateurs are making of it, and it will end in tears, the tears of all the investors who threw their money at it, thinking they are going to see big returns.
