My usual topic is the global energy problem, which I think is relevant to what you are saying here - I agree completely that meritocracy should be what we aspire to, and that we naver really have had it. Those with most capital achieving the highest rewards, was never a fair or even honest system. I think we will move beyond this as something inherent to the solar hydrogen ecology that has to come next, to replace what was the for-profit, extracted energy model of human affairs.

Things will change beyond anything we've been able to understand previously, I think, it is amazing how much more we will see with the for-profit blinder removed.
