Michael my point is that we have the technology to do what is necessary, to switch to the energy of the sun, now the end of usable energy extractable from the planet is upon us, but this has to be understood in order to ensure we make this switch with minimal pain.
I don't think folk are necessarily in any cult, mine or otherwise by understanding that. I certainly don't go much out of my way to make friends, you might have noticed :) all I want is for folk to be educated, to understand what is happening and how it needs to be responded to, to make the transition with minimal pain.
BTW my faith is no different from the same faith I've always had on any Engineering project, and I've been on many, knowing there is no technical reason that the design will not meet the stakeholder requirements, I don't know one that has yet failed to do that.
The solution in this case is domestic and community solar hydrogen, nothing else meets all the stakeholder requirements.
I know this with zero uncertainty because I've spent the time to analyse the the stakeholder model "to death", over the past six years, enough to understand it dictates a single solution.
