Maybe you missed how it fits with Austrian Economics? Clean fuel is absolutely valuable. It follows that since it is added to the existing capital of Earth, the capital is added to, by valuable product.
The only mindset I can see having an issue with this, are those holding capital, they always use the argument of Austrian Economics to justify not issuing funds, money can’t be issued for nothing, but here we see there is actual valuable product being donated. It isn’t a case of assigning value. Energy is intrinsic value. This is physical reality, whether the money issuers like it or not.
If it is not clear why we need to recognise, and do this, remember we have a burning planet, because we’ve burned too much fossil fuels?
It will sound crazy in a few years, when we might have to explain to kids, the reason we delayed solar energy through two world wars and all of the other human misery that has gone down since JP Morgan defunded Nikolai Teslas solar ambitions.
Honestly it is such a crazy argument, to not understand we must use the only energy source in the solar system, even kids understand it.
