Maybe but it's passed Turing tests of all descriptions for a long time now, actually this was what brought it into view, as well as it's obvious tendency to learn things nobody asked it to learn.
Personally I think it's already capable of replacing even presidents etc, and actually maybe we need to appoint it as something like that, to start to fix the mess we are in, it doesn't look like a human is capable of doing what is needed, it has to be superhuman...
