LCOE doesn't apply to solar because a solar installation need not have a lifetime. Panels are individually replaceable, so an inslallation can be maintained forever. Further, because only solar is mathematically positive energy, it is valuable product, convertible to things like hydrogen which add to existing product on Earth, regardless of how it is used, therefore should have currency issued on it, and whilst this is not done, there we see the physical reason for inflation.
Nuclear, and even the grid and utility electrical energy supply business is finished, just look at the data, it is declining, solar has already won the energy war, but they are not being honest about it, yet.
