Land sounds like an interesting character, part of his journey sounds a lot like my own, before land went off the track.

Maybe he missed the real culprit at the root of the beast, and if we see this, and how to end it in terms of energy which is incredibly important, maybe we see a different way forward, even a way that nature appears to have already decided.

The good news is, it does include that jet future we expected and were promised we'd see when we grew up, and it could happen much quicker than maybe can be imagined, from the current viewpoint, buried deep in the imaginary world we actually live in, blinded to reality, locked into ever increasing entropy by a forever perpetuated self fulfilling prophecy.
