John, I know this might sound awful naive of me, but I like to hope we’ll still spend trillions on the military.

As a professional Systems Engineer myself, I still prefer to call it the “Defence” industry.

But their new mission will be to all work together to build the new solar powered global eco-system that we need.

They are the only party with the technical skills needed to do it.

After that is achieved, they would be back in position to return to the really big defence projects again, like space, picking up where we left off sometime around the seventies.
