Jed, I always find a high carb meal or coffee helps when I feel like this. I admit it is getting tougher to avoid getting downtrodden by the doom and gloom, which is coming on thick and fast, but we should remember that's all it is, doom and gloom, which will pass, if we just do the work we need to do, to dig ourselves out of it. For that we need to be well slept, and well tanked up :)
