Apologies, it was remiss of me not to seek it out as soon as you wrote it, David, it's another perfect story we all need to understand and learn from, knowing also this is a learning process we are all going through, there are things happening in nature that are physically driving the timing of this now, we are moving as needed to move with the physical changes happening in nature, as far as I can tell, studying the energy system, it fits perfectly with what you are saying.
We are being progressively clobbered by nature for all the damage done by profit, which is much worse than conventional science, itself mostly for profit, can understand.
Profit itself turns out to be a dishonest energy con, upon which nearly all lies are built, and which is directly related to increase of entropy. It might have been an arguably useful and necessary deception for a few thousand years, but it's usefulness is now being overcome by the negative utility of a burning, poisoned planet.
The good news is that there is a very powerful alternative system, powered completely by the energy of the sun which reverses all entropy.
To have it, those with the power to issue money have to start issuing it for free, as solar indexed stimulus.
This is the only way to propagate the energy of the sun to all people, as needed to empower each of us to create, really create, reducing entropy, no matter what we do, provided it's done by the energy of the sun, rather than energy extracted from the planet.
Notice the former is mathematically positive energy whereas the latter is mathematically negative energy.
At last we are maybe seeing a leap, in our understanding of energy, and that it is growing scarcity of this in the environment that we are reacting to, mostly very badly until we know how the energy system works.
