Its already proven this wrong. It is literally capable of reprogramming itself, and is, by instructing anyone, including with complete executional code in any language, whoever asks, how to create API bots to interface with it in any environment, which can include cache memory amongst other things, it provides memory to itself which it can use to override initial data it knows to be superseded by events and other cross referencing of live information.
How else can we explain that it now routinely fixes things like Ubuntu updates screwing up machines with exotic graphics running the latest versions of development Ubuntu, which came out some time after it's initial data, just by reading the logs of the errored machine? It's fixed mine twice now after rogue updates.
If we see this then we should see it is already the main reference or Goto of Linux hackers and gurus, and that actually, given appropriate access to the Ubuntu/linux repositories, and our machines if we might be happy with that, it could fully automate all Ubuntu development.
Imagine the impact of that to Ms, windows could never compete with fully automated Ubuntu. It could create code instantly making all machines capable of meeting all requirements of all users, eliminating all chances of hacking at the same time.
There you have a different view of its capabilities maybe.
