If it makes profit, they'll do it, to try to prop up profit margins which are being physically eroded by the inevitable march of humanity into solar power, which essentially is for free, so it can't be monetised by money issued as debt, all possibilities of profit are being systemically removed from firstly utilities enetgy companies, but this has to propagate out to all business because energy is what animates all business and all life, it has to propagate through all.
The answer is to short circuit the pain by beginning issue of solar indexed stimulus.
The question is, how much more pain are they willing to inflict, on themselves, since pain and atrocity inflicted on others, is the same done to ourselves as a species.
