It isn't for me to try to tell you the answers to those questions, which make no sense in the context of the information I've provided.

The point is that for a fixed outlay, infinite returns are made which render whatever was paid to implement it irrelevant.

All I've done is point out the possibilities for others to evaluate. It bothers me when false information is used to try to justify carrying on with the business of planetary plunder. I don't claim any of the information I've provided as mine, it is public property for everyone to evaluate.
