It isn't anywhere near as complicated as it seems, if we have even a little background in communications systems Engineering.

A cornerstone of that is Metcalfe's law.

It says that the value of a network, any network, to humanity, is proportional to the square of the number of users.

That physically proven law is independent of what communications are conveyed. it can be secrets, cryptocurrency tokens, news, general knowledge, it doesn't matter.

So removing nodes, censoring, controlling, all serve to reduce the value of the network, to humanity.

Legislating against perceived wrongdoers by removing them from networks never adds value, because it is the "Hive" who determines what value even means.

All of this legislation is anti-humanity, without exception.

We even have physical laws which say so.

And yet we are allowing these asseholes to put us at war with one another by censoring this and that.

None of it adds value to humanity, all of it is anti humanity.

That is my opinion, based on hard physical laws.
