It is an interesting and probably incredibly important subject, for sure.

It is maybe not very scientific to assume all that we, or anyone else knows, or the nature of things is set in stone, or even to wish it to be so.

We have so much more to learn. To be able to do that, we need to have completely open minds.

There are an infinity of scientific discoveries capable of turning most of what we think we know upside down. We just need to be able to see them.

In fact that ability is probably vital to our future survival. We could probably do with a “Miracle” or two very soon.

If we were as intelligent 150,000 years ago as we are now, our bibles and other religious texts and artifacts would make perfect sense to us now.

That would contradict evolution, on more than one count.

Are creationism and evolution mutually exclusive?

It would probably be huge big mistake to believe so, if it were not actually so.

In risk analysis, there is an old rule of thumb; “If the consequences of a decision being wrong are unacceptable, don’t take the risk of making that decision”

In this case, being wrong could even be the end of humanity.
