It is always good to learn how more people think, thanks for posting.

For me, these teachings seem to leave almost as many questions as they might answer though.

If we believe this, we might think there is nothing we need to do to actively preserve humanity, that we bear no responsibility for where we are, that our place is as good as can be, that we are somehow invincible and will survive no matter what, all we need individually is acceptance.

Further, there appears no possibility of other forms of intelligent life, only “Man”.

I suspect this philosophy will particularly appeal to a certain bracket of investor mentality, mostly male.

Believing Elon’s ambitions are biggest of all, and even possible, is indicative of pretty limited thinking, I would say.

If his hero worshipers could only know the amount of collective ambition which has been extinguished, to be replaced by that of a few individuals, who’s only distinguishing attributes are as manipulators of capital wealth, I think they would be truly shocked.

The true grand theory would explain our place in all intelligent life, which, if we are truly intelligent, we know is much bigger than just us, and further, what our path is, with all of its challenges to be negotiated, none of it being any kind of certainty.

The truth is, we seem to be in a pretty dire place, mostly by our own hand, teetering on the brink of extinction, but there are real things which can be done to change our course.

Right now, the right thing to do by most people might well be nothing, other than educate with the truth needed to best manage some temporary hardships, since what needed to be done seems to have been done already in the form of the creation of some things including Bitcoin.
