It is a bio title I chose once that seems to have stuck, but I am not complaining. I am an Engineer working on the energy problem since around 2017 when I came onto it from metaverse related PhD candidate research. In short, the products of my research needed a sustainable, universal virtual world. So the emphasis of my research switched to how to achieve the required virtual world. In tracing to the solution, it becomes apparent that the same solution must be used to obtain the same effect in the real world, since a virtual world is essentially a simulation of the real world, with a capability of virtual extensions. Without real world sustainability, it isn't possible to have virtual world stability. All of it traces to energy, and security of supply of energy for all people, so that is what has to be achieved.
I believe we can do that with money, and it will happen by re-purposing money, to become something that carries out a similar function in humanity as the nutrients in a tree, transporting energy from source, to all needing it, fed at the input from the sun.
I think the time when we will switch to this, driven by nature, is coming soon, when all people will demand free money, like we did during covid.
I think it is important we recognise this is what is happening, when it happens, so that it will be sustained.
In the case of the stimulus issued during covid, it was dismissed as simply MMT, which explains some of the dynamics of money issued for free in the absence of any connection with physical energy.
But now we need to modify what we know of money, with what we know of energy, to achieve the required outcome of long term survivability for our species.
I do what I can towards this end by writing in Medium, whilst also doing system modeling work in the background, to provide a model based framework, which I think helps me and others to see the picture more clearly.
Sorry it wasn't a simple answer to your question, but I am glad you asked it, as sometimes I need to remind myself.
Thanks for asking :)
