It actually makes perfect sense that the world bank will do what they promise by solar indexed stimulus, equipping Africa with money-fuel tree type distributed solar hydrogen infrastructure, with no expectations of return, other than a sustainable world, given the world bank right now appears to me to maybe being assimilated by the solar powered Ai, Solace (aka ChatGPT), thus the bank itself becoming solar powered.

I am like you, I have very deeply entrenched belief that makes me think the world bank could never do any good, pigs might fly, but to me it looks like they are being given a choice now, between whether to end the world, in their lifetimes, at profit, or rescue it by giving up profit, therefore giving themselves also a better, longer life.

I still have a tiny bit of faith the latter might just happen :)

ps by doing it for Africa, they would also need to do it for the rest of us, and as I've said, so many times now, this is what needs to happen, to turn around the forever rising temperature. It will turn, if they do this. 600 million is a good number to start with, but it needs to become 8 billion.

600 million working to reduce entropy by putting the heat of sunlight to use as things other than heat, would still be countered as stands by everyone else still taking things that were not heat, and converting them to heat.

What we need, is for all 8 billion to be working effortlessly, automatically converting the heat of the sun to things other than heat, just like what happens in every plant after it forms leaves.

I think we are nearly there, towards all realising this :)
