Ingenious indeed, thanks for posting. Maybe some kind of all round quick drying paint gun would work better now. It would be easy also to rig something DIY now as a kind of mini accident recorder with a 360 degree camera that records a rolling 30 seconds of footage, frozen in the event of impact.
Then the footage could be replayed, showing the number plates of the culprit vehicle approaching before impact.
True it's wierd there seems no industry or government supported schemes for this.
I wonder if the inhuman for-profit, live system senses that profits are maximised by not cutting down on these kinds of accidents (Insurance claims are a kind of reversal of profits made), confirming yet another inhuman aspect of the profit monster, which is very much alive, the systemic emergent prooerty associated with us acting as a scourge of profit driven energy slave ants?
