Indeed, what a lot of effort, and energy Ethan, and everyone else in support did, to try to sell this case, as they have done for about sixty years, will the energy yielded ever get close to that? Of course not. And right now, 20% of the energy of all developed countries is already from domestic and community solar, thus eating the traditional business of utilities energy supply, as yet, that valuable solar product is unmonetised in the economy. Monetise it, and back it up with solar hydrogen, and the problem of energy supply is solved forever.
