Indeed, in UK I think it is going to be this Xmas, or maybe new year. Xmas, is a time of high excess. A lot of folk find themselves unexpectedly sick or seriously injured at Xmas and emergency services as they were, used to take the brunt of it.
But this year they can't, because they've had the energy they needed to continue, removed by the forces of profit since long before covid.
This year, is the first I've known in my lifetime that effectively, we might as well be in Africa or some other place we've ravaged forever, keeping it in poverty.
No-one is crazy enough to put themselves in danger intentionally, but we have no experience of really having to look out for ourselves in UK, as if we were living "in the wild".
I have a feeling that we will see our emergency health services collapse now to zero, and never recover, and that could start a cascade of events.
I hope I am wrong.
