Indeed, I agree the essence of what you are saying, radical changes are needed. I wouldn't dismiss money though, it is actually the key to the problem, we can't fix the problem without it. I am a systems Engineer of thirty years, looking at the energy problem now for five years, written 280+ stories on it now. Money is energy is labor is time is matter is information.
Money is the human technology we we use to tie it all together.
The money issuers abuse it by thinking they own it, therefore are in control of it, but they aren't, actually nature is in control of it.
It took a long time for me to fully unravel the misinformation around this, a lot of it is down to our own conditioning. We are conditioned not to understand the issue of energy and money. To understand it, we need to be conpletely free of profit driven thinking, which is part of the conditioning.
Believing that we need significant forces of law and order, for example, indicates we are still conditioned.
Those forces are not needed in a truly energy efficient system, they are actually just bullshit industry which keep us tied into energy by extraction, since all law is about enforcing various promises and agreements, belief in which we need to have, to enable us to fit into the system of promises to pay.
That we feel guilty, when we run out of money, thus become unable to fulfil our promises to pay, is all part of the conditioning.
Our guilt, and our "Blame" mechanisms are misplaced by the conditioning.
We believe that the problems we see are down to individuals, we think we can point to certain individuals, or sections, or tribes, or other specific divisions of humanity, and blame them for the problems, when actually we are guilty as a species, of thinking only in terms of our own interests, or those of our chosen brackets of identity politics.
The real shame we should feel as a species, is guilt for withdrawing more energy than we had to, from the energy stores on Earth, our real debt is an energy deficit to our planet.
Our financial debt as a species is actually an energy deficit to our planet, which has to be paid back, by using the energy of the sun, the only actual source of energy.
But still we shouldn't feel too bad about that, if we know we can repay the debt.
It starts to be repaid, when we start to issue money for free to all people.
Until we do that, money will continue to devalue, and since money is our only mechanism to assign energy to one another, in absence of physical access to sufficient solar energy ourselves, by owning a solar farm or similar solar power interface, money will continue to devalue, therefore its utility as a means of assigning energy is diminished, so it is really important we understand the link which is broken, between energy and money.
Make the link, by issuing the free money corresponding to the energy received from the sun in an honest way, and all is fixed.
Why then, if all criminals are fully funded not to commit crime, why believe they would carry on commiting it anyway? Aren't criminals just poor folk trying to make profit?
Why are they any different from rich folk, running the world at profit?
