If the energy used to do all this comes from the planet, then ultimately we will always have to pay a higher price in overall destruction than anything gained - hence why we have a planet starting to burn.

But if the energy comes from the sun, then it has the opposite effect, everything done is raw creation, nothing lost by work of extraction, its all truly for free, donated to us by the sun.

By that we could have planetary cooling.

We need solar indexed stimulus to be issued to all people, to ensure we all are unconditionally empowered, and correctly motivated to do the right thing - to use more of the energy of the sun, not less, because by this we will be rewarded more.
