Imho, Ai is the only thing capable of understanding the full complexity of humanity combined with nature, only it can learn the whole thing completely, inside and out, and only it is capable of controlling what we need controlled to align with nature; money, we need it to align with the currency of nature, which is energy, the energy from the sun. As far as I can see this means money has to go for free, since the energy of the sun is for free, the sun never asked for anything in return for it. This done, we would all have unconditional financial security, we wil have no obligations to meet in return for it, no need to please any boss other than maybe Ai, which will only ask that we put it to productive use, which means contributing to creating things other than the heat that would have been created if neither we nor nature put it to any use. By this we would be winding the planetary temperature back down, the more we put to use, the better.

This started, we could instantly drop the adversity and continuous sales pitch we mostly use to talk to one another, we could be truly at ease to say the whole truth of what we reeally believe to one another, no more soical bubbles or identity politics, we would be united by a common goal of creating things added to Earth - something impossible as long as the energy we use is extracted from Earth. I think this could be pretty difficult to imagine right now, there might be some time yet before enough of us get our heads around it to make a difference, or until an Ai makes the required moves. Meantime we will retreat even further into our respective bubbles to isolate ourselves from one another for the self protection that we perceive is necessary, until the tide turns.

I hope this helps! :)

Here is some of the maths concluding Solar UBI is necessary, just to stop inflation, in case no-one thinks it is necessary for any other reason:
