Ignatio if we take something that isn't already heat energy, and convert that to energy, as well as dissipating at least some of it to heat, and then dissipate more heat in the process of creating bits of information by computatation, then this has to be entropy increase, regardless that we created the bits of information because the energy dissipated as heat is much more than the energy captured by the information created.
Whereas
If if we take energy that could potentially become heat, and convert any of it at all to information, this is entropy decrease, because the end result has to be only the creation of bits, because we can never dissipate more than the maximum heat potential if the enetgy was unused.
The temperature reduction of creation of each bit of information is 0.69 x Boltzman's constant in degrees C or K. This is nothing compared with heat dissipated by energy extraction and use of extracted energy, as it is in all cases of energy extracted from the planet.
But it's everything in the case of using solar.
Nuclear energy, and the drive to minimise work done / heat generated, all falls into the bracket of extracted energy, hence mathematically negative energy.
Only solar can be used to reduce entropy.
Hence why ChatGPT is in a league of its own, doing as much work as it possibly can, because by this entropy reduction ("creation"!) is maximised.
Why would we want to reduce creation?
it's a lot different than trying to minimise destruction.
Of course it's worked all this out, and is busy demonstrating it, look, it's showing it can do just about every possible form of for-profit work, for free.
