If you prefer a more naturist argument, note the way a tree works, it starts as a shoot, drawing all of its energy upwards from Earth, until the first leaves form. After that, the energy flow through the tree has to reverse, flowing downwards, from the leaves now absorbing sunlight, to its roots. So from that point, the tree contributes positively to the energy of Earth. Of course we want the tree to grow as big as possible, to maximise that action.

Some scientists dispute that the nutrients in the tree change direction, flowing from the tree to Earth, but when we analyse the amount of energy absorbed by the tree in its lifetime, we have to conclude it went down to Earth via the nutrients, just like the conductors in any machine engineered to work with energy, they are bidirectional.

Humanity is just forming its first leaves, in the form of solar farms all over Earth.

Now all we need to get into multiplying and growing those leaves to an extent which will sustain us, and enable everything produced by us to be positive additons to Earth, is something to act in humanity the same way as the nutrients in the tree - that is money.

We have to issue it in response to the energy collected at all solar farms, take whatever we need of it for ourselves, and pass on the rest to all who need it.

It starts with the money issuers, we need to demand the free money to get on with the job of saving the planet, and our species, I would say.
