If / when we move to solar indexed stimulus, the businesses involved in large scale avocado production won't be in it for profit any longer, all employees of it would have the income to choose whether or not they want to carry on working in it. The money exchanged for avocados would rightfully be the metabolistic energy in the avocado, when that becomes something generally agreed on the price would converge in that value, probably related to weight, because the energy value of the money itself would be on the money token in KWhrs, which convert to kcal.
Folk genuinely really loving avocados and their beneficial effects would be happy to carry on working to make sure all folk get access to them, but more, there would be a new possibility of running businesses in places where avocados don't normally grow, like UK, we could have biodomes capable of growing all kinds of tropical fruit, (See Eden Project) which would have made financial loss in the old system, due to requiring expensive planet destroying energy, therefore not being possible before, but it would be perfectly possible and viable when solar powered, since the energy at the input is free, we could be doing that everywhere, and this would reduce the burden on trad suppliers. All the while, this would be cooling the planet rather than heating it. Add to that the benefits of things like "Solein", and a whole new very sustainable world opens up.
Its a no brainer, I don't know why there isn't more taught about this in schools etc.
