If we only had the senses of bats, all of our technology would be based on acoustics, rather than electromagnetics. We would have no real understanding of the electromagnetic spectrum, or the nature of the universe as we currently see it.

Which did we develop first, ears or eyes?

But just because we couldn’t see it wouldn’t mean it doesn’t exist.

Actual aliens could have senses for forces we can’t even begin to understand.

When we think about that, it seems easier to try to imagine our limitations.

Imagination is actually our real superpower.

That’s why we should always try to keep an open mind, looking after such things as the arts, and religion, never discounting anything as hocus pocus.

If we can imagine it, especially in large groups, then there is a possibility it might actually exist.
